Mine to Metal

From ore body to cast ingot.

We control each stage of antimony production — extraction, hydrometallurgical processing, electrowinning and casting — at our operations in Zimbabwe.

01 — Processing

Leaching & Electrowinning

Antimony is dissolved from concentrate into solution in the leaching circuit, then recovered as metal onto cathodes in the electrowinning cells.

The leaching tank drives the chemistry; the row of electrowinning cells plates out the metal before it is melted and cast.
